Tecnam Aircraft specialises in the manufacture of Light and Ultra-light Aircraft.  The aircraft are designed to provide the highest levels of security as well as a comfortable and enjoyable flying experience. The attention to low-speed aerodynamics and the use of modern materials and construction techniques makes them particularly green and frugal users of fuel.... mogas and unleaded fuels can be used in most models.

The current “S.R.L. Costruzioni Aeronautiche Tecnam” was founded in 1986 by Prof Luigi Pascale, and has its production lines in Capua, Italy  The professor and his family have been designing aeroplanes since 1948, including the well-known twin, Partenavia P68.

As well as aircraft manufacturing for the General Aviation market across the world, Tecnam also undertakes construction and assembly of structural components for many of the world's leading commercial aviation manufacturers such as ATR, Boeing, Augusta, LearJet, Falcon and Dornier.

Tecnam Corporate Video 2017, gives an insight into the high-quality mindset of the management and staff at Tecnam and shows the high-level build quality for which Tecnam is well-known worldwide.

The Tecnam factory, where 200 employees produce five brand new aircraft each week, really is state of the art. With the exception of engines, avionics and wheels, Tecnam makes just about everything in-house and thus not only doesn't rely on third-party suppliers, but utilises its own design, modification and manufacture approvals in a constant up-grading process to every aspect of the build.
